03Bookings and quotes
- Bookings may be made by telephone, WhatsApp, email or through our website. A contract is formed when we confirm the booking.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information you provide. If that information is inaccurate or incomplete (for example the size, weight, addresses or timings), we may revise the price.
- You are responsible for making sure that all addresses, contact names and instructions you give us are complete and correct.
04Prices and payment

- Unless we have agreed an account with you, payment is due before the service is carried out. Account clients must pay invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, failed collections or deliveries caused by the Client or recipient, out-of-hours work, congestion and parking charges, and tolls.
- We may charge interest on overdue business invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
05Courier services
- You must make sure each Consignment is properly packed, sealed and labelled so that it can withstand normal handling and transport.
- We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed collection and delivery times. Times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed time in writing.
- We will deliver to the address given and obtain a name and, where possible, a signature as proof of delivery. If the recipient is unavailable we will contact you for instructions. A further charge may apply for return or redelivery.
- We may refuse to carry, or may open and inspect, any Consignment we reasonably believe to be unsafe, unlawful or not as described.
06Prohibited items

You will be responsible for any loss, damage or cost caused by sending a prohibited item.
07Our liability for consignments
- Unless a higher value has been declared by you and accepted by us in writing before collection, and any additional charge paid, our liability for loss of or damage to any Consignment is limited to £100 per Consignment.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging, inherent defects in the item, the nature of the goods, or inaccurate information supplied by you.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, contracts or opportunity, arising from delay, loss or damage.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
08Claims
Any claim for damage must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, and any claim for loss within 14 days of the booked collection date. Please keep the item and its packaging for inspection. We may be unable to accept claims notified after these periods.
09Consultancy services
- The scope, deliverables, timetable and fees for each consultancy engagement will be set out in a written proposal or engagement letter. If there is a conflict, the engagement letter takes priority over these Terms.
- We will carry out consultancy work with reasonable skill and care. Our advice is based on the information you give us; you remain responsible for your business decisions and how you act on our recommendations.
- Our total liability arising from any consultancy engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
- Once our fees are paid in full, you may use reports and materials we produce for you for your own internal business purposes. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.
10Reservation services
- When we make a reservation, we act as your booking agent. The service itself is provided by the Third-Party Supplier and is subject to that supplier's own terms, including its cancellation and refund policies.
- We will pass on the supplier's key conditions before confirming a booking. Our service fee is charged in addition to the supplier's price and is non-refundable once the booking has been made.
- We are not liable for the acts, omissions, failures or insolvency of any Third-Party Supplier, but we will help you raise any complaint with them.
- You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, insurance and any other documents needed for travel.
11Cancellations
- Courier: bookings cancelled before the courier sets off are free of charge. If the courier is already on the way, we may charge for the distance travelled and time spent.
- Consultancy: either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You will pay for work carried out up to the date of termination.
- Reservations: cancellations are subject to the Third-Party Supplier's terms. Any charges they make will be passed on to you.
- Consumers who book at a distance may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply once a service has been fully performed at your request, or to accommodation, transport and leisure bookings for a specific date.
12Confidentiality
We treat the contents of Consignments, your business information and your personal arrangements as confidential. We will only disclose them where needed to perform the Services, where you consent, or where required by law. Our staff and subcontractors are bound by the same obligations.
13Data protection
We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the information needed to provide and invoice our Services, such as names, addresses and contact details of senders and recipients. We share it only with people who need it to perform the Services (for example a hotel taking a reservation) and keep it only as long as necessary for those purposes and our legal obligations. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing beyondunited@hotmail.com.
14Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, civil unrest, government action, epidemics or failures of third-party networks. We will tell you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to limit the effect.
15General
- We may use carefully selected subcontractors to perform part of the Services. We remain responsible for their work.
- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in force.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
16Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
